Ultimately, we care, this isn't just a marketing tagline, it is obvious in everything we do (see 'Why We're Different' section). We are a small, and therefore, dynamic team of creative mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems solution providers. We are a registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the City of Phoenix and Licensed Professionals in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. Our founder, Brett Lorenzen PE, LEED AP BD&C has a rich history of creating engineered solutions on large scale healthcare, higher education, and municipal projects at SmithGroup and Henderson Engineers, Inc. However, no project is too small for you to receive personal and customized service.

Optimized LED was conceptualized as a resource where project success and user experience is paramount to everything we do. We emphasize time and effort on the important aesthetic value of the existing facility or architectural design. Lighting takes an elevated role in the design as it strongly influences the environment. We desire to blend form and function to enhance the interior aesthetics of the space.
We aren't afraid of the phone or face to face interaction. We are fully transparent on our progress, fees, and expectations. Don't be surprised to receive a progress set of drawings when you didn't ask for them; receive a a phone call asking for reflected ceiling plan coordination with lights and diffuses; or maybe, an email with three different lighting products with cost, quantity, and benefits to encourage the best choice for the project. With Optimized LED you work directly with the owner and engineer from proposal to certificate of occupancy.
