La Ristra is redefining New Mexican Cuisine and recently relocated to a major upgraded restaurant location in Downtown Chandler at Arizona Ave. and Chandler Blvd. Optimized LED completed the Electrical Engineering for this iconic restaurant along side our partner Mechanical Designs Inc. (MDI). The space boasts unique lighting, a New Mexico Symbol created with light, and over 26 independently controlled lighting zones. The electrical contractor on the project Commercial Comm and Electric was very pleased with our support and have used us for a variety of City of Phoenix projects since.
Big changes are happening at the Maricopa County Public Hospital. Valleywise Health (i.e. Maricopa Integrated Health System) has been undergoing big changes. Cuningham Group Architects, EYP, and Kitchell Inc. are designing and building a 670,000 SF tower along with other upgrades. Optimized LED provided the electrical engineering design for the construction field offices. An assembly of 12 modular buildings that were gutted and finished as a Tenant Improvement along with a modular restroom building.
EOS Fitness is a rapidly expanding fitness entity out of Las Vegas, Nevada that branched off from Golds Gym. Optimized LED is one of few engineering firms that provides 3rd party lighting inspections required by the City of Tempe to ensure compliance with city lighting ordinance. We provided this service at EOS Fitness for Momeni Construction as required by the City of Tempe within 48 hours.
Gourmet Coffee Beverages have become a simple pleasure for so many people. Black Rock Coffee Bar originated in Beaverton, OR in 2008 and has rapidly expanded. Black Rock founded on the principal of respect and relationship to their customers, communities, and environment. They add fuel to customers stories and share the journey with them. Optimized LED is proud to have completed the tenant improvement of the Scottsdale, AZ location for this up and coming coffee establishment with SPS+ Architects.

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community has seen tremendous growth allowing the tribal community to upgrade its centralized government infrastructure. In 2017, construction was completed on their multi-story court facility boasting state of the art technological advances and aesthetics. The facility embraces energy savings with light wells and LED lighting throughout. The facility is prepared to receive the USGBC LEED Silver Building Rating. For years, Arizona State University has had a long history of providing a quality university education, especially in the realm of building construction. The Del E. Webb School of Construction was established in 1992 via an endowment and resides as part of the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment. In 2014, Arizona State University decided to construct a new facility for this long established program.
